Pickup Only – No Shipping Available
All merchandise orders must be collected in person. We do not offer shipping at this time.
📍 Collection Location: Ashley Brown Reserve, Lalor Park, NSW
🕒 Standard Pickup Times: Merchandise can be collected during scheduled club activities at Ashley Brown Reserve.
📅 Alternate Collection Times: If you're unable to attend during regular pickup hours, please contact the club to arrange an appointment. Alternate collection times are available by appointment only.

Refund Policy
Refunds We do not offer refunds for merchandise that meets any of the following conditions:

Not in its original packaging

Has been worn, used, or is soiled

Shows signs of damage not caused by the club
All items must be returned in brand new condition for any refund consideration.
Size Exchanges Requests for size changes are handled at the discretion of the club. We cannot guarantee availability of alternate sizes, and approval is subject to stock levels and timing.
How to Request To inquire about a refund or exchange, please contact the club directly through our official communication channels. All requests must be made within 14 days of collection.

The Kings Langley Baseball Club reserves the right to decline merchandise orders from non-club members.

Priority is given to current players, registered members, and their families.
